AI FacePrint™ is a digital product. Once your personalized report has been generated and delivered, it cannot be "returned." However, we want every seeker to be happy — so we offer the following policy.
1. Eligible Refunds
- Payment was successful but the report was never generated or delivered.
- Duplicate payment for the same reading.
- Technical error on our side that prevented the report from being usable.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- The report has been successfully generated and downloaded.
- Dissatisfaction with the interpretation, since readings are subjective.
- Change of mind after delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@aifaceprint.app within 7 days of purchase with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
